Aber Falls Marmalade Martini

Aber Falls Marmalade Martini 

 

Bitter, sweet and seriously smooth all at the same time, this Martini is bright from a burst of orange juice. Serve ice cold with green olives. 

 

Serves 1 

 

50ml Aber Falls Marmalade Gin 

2 tsp white vermouth 

30ml freshly squeezed orange juice 

½ tsp orange marmalade 

1 strip of pared peel from an unwaxed orange, to garnish 

 

Pour the gin, vermouth and orange juice into a cocktail shaker. Top with ice, then cover and shake vigorously for a minute. 

 

Spoon the marmalade into the base of a martini glass, then strain in the shaken liquid. Garnish with a strip of orange peel and serve immediately.
