Ingredients
- 40ml Aber Falls Welsh Dry Gin
- 10ml Xeco Fino Sherry
- 25ml Lemon
- 20ml Honey & Lavender Tea (mixed 1:1)
Method
Shaken in a cocktail shaker and strained over ice. Topped with soda water and garnished with a sprig of lavender.
