Essence of the Menai
Ingredients
- 50ml Aber Falls Salted Toffee Liqueur
- 100ml Freshly pressed pineapple juice
- 5ml Cinnamon cordial
- 20ml Fresh lime juice
- Garnish: Pineapple leaf and lime wedge
Method
Build all ingredients into a highball glass along with cubed ice. Stir and serve with long straws
