- 50ml Aber Falls Distillery Exclusive Single Malt Whisky (December 2021)
- 15ml pedro ximénez sherry
- 10ml dry vermouth
- Angostura bitters a few dashes
- Garnish: Orange peel
Put the whisky, sherry, vermouth and bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir well.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the orange peel.
