Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 25ml Aber Falls Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
  • 10ml Vanilla Liqueur
  • 12.5ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5ml Gomme
  • 37.5ml Apple Juice
  • Garnish Feathered Apple, Sugar Rimmed Glass

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until cold. Then double strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass and garnish.
