- 25ml Aber Falls Welsh Dry Gin
- 12.5ml Aber Falls Violet Liqueur
- Top with Elderflower Tonic
In a cocktail shaker add lemon and mint, muddle and then add the gin, liqueur and ice and shake. Once cold, double strain into a crushed ice filled rocks glass, top with crushed ice and then garnish with lemon, mint, and raspberries.
