- 25ml Aber Falls Violet Liqueur
- 12.5ml Lemon juice
- 12.5ml Gomme
- Top with Prosecco
- Garnish with Lemon Rind wrapped blueberry
In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except the Champagne/Prosecco and then shake and double strain into a champagne flute, top with bubbles, gently stir and then garnish.
