The Distillery

IT’S IN OUR ROOTS
The village of Abergwyngregyn is home to our distillery, and sits at the foot of the famous Aber Falls waterfall. Attracting over 50,000 visitors a year, this picturesque spot is easily accessible, just off the A55 and a stone’s throw from the coast.

Previously a slate works in the 19th century, a margarine factory during the world wars, and more recently a drinks wholesaler depot, our building has been lovingly restored and refurbished, proving the ideal place to create our spirits and demonstrate the passion and skill in our craftsmanship.

    MEET OUR COPPER STILLS

Our stills are specially designed to produce refined, premium quality whisky. The copper removes any sulphur, with the large surface area of our tall still ensuring maximum contact with the liquid.

SITTING AT THE MOUTH OF THE RIVER

Aber Falls sits at the gateway of the beautiful Eryri National Park, within the small village of Abergwyngregyn near Conwy (J13 of the A55). We are one of only a handful of businesses in the village, and we work very closely with residents to integrate into our local community.
