Aber Falls Salted Toffee Gin Liqueur (2023 release)

In collaboration with Halen Môn PDO, we have developed a Gin liqueur which combines a rich, smooth toffee flavour with the clean, intense notes of Anglesey Sea Salt, which has been praised by the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and even Barack Obama for its unique taste.

Smooth and velvety palate with hints of burnt sugar. A joyous harmony of salt and toffee flavours to satisfy your sweet tooth.

50ml Aber Falls Salted Toffee Liqueur
100ml Freshly pressed pineapple juice
5ml Cinnamon cordial
20ml Fresh lime juice
Garnish: Pineapple leaf and lime wedge

METHOD
Build all ingredients into a highball glass along with cubed ice. Stir and serve with long straws
