Sit alongside the river and enjoy a range of Welsh food and drink, including our award winning gins and liqueurs. High chairs are available for babies. Last orders for food at 4:45pm.

Distillery Tour

We are inviting you to explore the first whisky distillery in North Wales in over 100 years.
Join us on our journey of creation, learning about our 100% single malt Welsh Whisky and sampling our award winning gins and liqueur portfolio.
Tours run between 10am and 4pm, Seven days a week including most bank holidays and last approximately 1 hour.
As we are a working distillery, we cannot guarantee that all, or any of the distilling equipment will be operational at the time of your visit. 

Important Tour Information

FOOTWEAR

Flat sensible footwear must be worn during the tour. Open toe sandals or flip-flop style footwear are not permitted.

ILLNESS

To ensure that all of our products are manufactured in the safest way possible, we ask that if you or a member of your booking are unwell and suffering from any gastrointestinal or contagious illness on the day, or just prior to your visit, that you postpone your visit until a later date.

CHILDREN (AGES 6+ ONLY)

Children are very welcome to visit the Aber Falls distillery, Visitor Centre and Bistro but must be supervised by an adult at all times. We are a fully operating distillery, with hot pipes and working equipment. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted in these areas.

ACCESSIBILITY

The tour route through the distillery is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Should you require any special assistance please contact us in advance.

PHOTOGRAPHY

For safety reasons, the use of mobile phones, all photography and video recording is strictly prohibited within the production areas of the distillery. Anyone refusing to comply with these rules will be asked to leave.

For bookings over 12 people or for any other Visitor Centre enquiry, please email visitorcentre@aberfallsdistillery.com. If you have already made a booking please include your Booking reference number which can be found at the top of your booking confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or reschedule a tour please ensure to either email or call us on 01248 20922424 hours prior to your booking, otherwise no refund will be issued. 

DOGS AND PETS

No Dogs are allowed on tour apart from assistance/guide dogs.

Dogs are allowed in the Visitor Centre Shop and in the outside seating area, but not inside the cafe.
